How to Locate Someone Detained by ICE

Cómo localizar a una persona detenida por ICE / Comment localiser une personne détenue par ICE

If a loved one has been detained, you can search for them using ICE’s official online detainee locator.

If your case is in Immigration Court, remember this important step

If you send any document to the Immigration Judge (updates to your application, evidence, motions, or letters),
you must also send a copy to ICE (the government’s attorney / OPLA) and include a Certificate of Service.

📌 Not doing this can cause delays or problems with your case.
